LCE presentation at Bridge2Food Summit Asia 2023

Sonia Pignatelli, Environmental consultant, Project manager and Senior LCA Analyst at LCE presented at Bridge2Food Summit Asia in Singapore on 22 November 2023. Sonia showed data comparing the Global Warming Potential (GWP) of ABUNDA, a mycoprotein ingredient developed by ENOUGH in PLENITUDE, and other plant-based meat alternatives. Sonia's presentation also offered comparisons of the GWP of traditional meat products and hybrid products (a mix of beef meat and mycoprotein).
